Our Fall 2026 Release is live. It introduces our new PGx module, SomaHRD v2, and more than 80 features and improvements, all IVDR-certified from day one, so you can give more patients a clear answer, sooner.

Here are a few highlights. You’ll find the full list of 80+ features and improvements on the dedicated minisite.

  • SeqOne PGx: Pharmacogenomics from the sequencing data you already generate, with star-allele calling, HLA typing, and guidance from CPIC, DPWG, FDA, PharmVar, and ClinPgx. You can offer drug-response insight without adding an assay, a sample, or turnaround time.
  • SomaHRD v2: HRD testing, re-engineered. On the PAOLA-1 cohort, Myriad MyChoice CDx returned a non-conclusive result for 26 samples, and SomaHRD v2 gave a definitive HRD status for 23 of them. You can return an answer on the thin FFPE material that often leaves patients without one.
  • LitFinder: Scored literature suggestions on the variant page, each with its reasoning, and ready to cite in your report in one click. You spend less time combing through publications and more time interpreting.
  • ACMG Classification: A germline ACMG workflow rebuilt from the engine up, following the latest ClinGen guidance. Your classifications are consistent across the team, quick to validate, and reused in the report, in later analyses, and through the API.
  • Oncogenicity Classification: A new classification of its own for somatic variants, with an automatic call for every SNV and indel based on ClinGen/CGC/VICC guidelines. You can audit each call criterion by criterion, and apply it to CNVs and fusions too.
  • Comments & Collaboration: Threaded discussions, mentions, and resolve, anchored to a case or a variant and available from every viewer. You can bring in a colleague’s opinion on a case, wherever they are based, without leaving the analysis.

Many of these improvements came straight from conversations with the labs that use SeqOne every day, so thank you for every idea, request and piece of feedback. We can’t wait to see what you’ll do with this release, and we’re already building the next one with you.
